ALBO CIRCULAR SITE REGISTRATION NOTICE

This Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 13 of General Regulation No. 679/2016 - GDPR in full compliance with personal data protection regulations, to help you understand how your personal data is processed as a company representative for the registration and enrollment of your company on the Albo Circular website of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro (hereinafter also Confindustria Emilia).

2. Nature of data processed, purposes and legal basis of processing

The personal data subject to processing are your Name, Surname, and email, acquired by Confindustria Emilia Area Centro on the occasion of your subscription to the "Albo Circular" newsletter (hereinafter "Newsletter"), by completing the appropriate fields of the registration form. The processing of your personal data has the purpose of receiving periodic updates on initiatives promoted through the website https://www.albocircular.it/it/home, as well as informing you about news, initiatives and events that Confindustria Emilia Area Centro will organize from time to time for subscribers. The processing responds to the need to respond to your request; consequently, the legal basis on which it is based is the contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (ref. Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR) of the Regulation through the registration form.

3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data will be carried out with the aid of electronic tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data based on logic and procedures consistent with the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with the principles referred to in Article 5 of the Regulation, such as lawfulness, fairness and transparency, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

Your personal data will be processed:

- In paper form and on computer/digital support by completing the online form on the Albo Circular website of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro;

- By subjects duly instructed and appointed by the Data Controller to fulfill these tasks and made aware of the constraints imposed by law;

- With the use of security measures designed to ensure the protection of your confidentiality and to avoid the risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized or non-compliant processing with the above purposes.

4. Data communication

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the personal data provided may be processed by the personnel of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro who have been assigned a specific role as data processor and to whom adequate instructions have been given and who have committed to confidentiality. Your data may be processed by third-party companies with regard to the management and storage of the representative's personal data (management CRM relating to activities carried out for companies participating in the initiative).

Your personal data will not, in any way, be communicated to third parties or disclosed.

5. Storage of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case not beyond 24 months from the moment of collection of consent. If necessary to exercise or defend a right in court, your personal data will be stored for the additional period provided by law. In any case, processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of consent legitimately given by you will cease at the time of its withdrawal.

6. Rights of the data subject

We inform you that, in relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to obtain:

- Access: You can ask for confirmation whether or not processing of data concerning you is underway, as well as further clarification regarding the information in this notice;

- Rectification: You can ask to rectify or supplement the data you have provided us, if inaccurate or incomplete;

- Erasure: You can ask that your data be deleted, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of withdrawal of consent or your objection to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete or they refer to subjects under sixteen years of age;

- Restriction: You can ask that your data be processed only for storage purposes, excluding other processing, in case of dispute regarding the accuracy of your data and for the period necessary to verify their accuracy; in case of unlawful processing for which you oppose deletion, if you must exercise your rights in court and the data we store may be useful to you, and finally, in case of objection to processing and a verification is underway on the prevalence of our legitimate reasons over yours;

- Objection: You can object at any time to the processing of your data, unless there are our legitimate reasons to proceed with processing that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defense in court;

- Portability: You can ask to receive your data, or to have it transmitted to another controller indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

- Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We inform you, finally, that if you believe that your rights have been violated by the Controller and/or a third party, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or other competent supervisory authorities under the Regulation.
