This privacy policy is provided to describe the processing of personal data collected by Confindustria Emilia Area Centro (hereinafter Confindustria Emilia) through the website www.albocircular.it, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 et seq. of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and not for other websites possibly consulted through links present within the site; therefore, if you access external sites, users are invited to view their respective privacy policies.

The possible introduction of new sector provisions and the constant examination and updating of the services offered may lead to the need to vary the methods of processing personal data. It is therefore possible that our Privacy Policy may undergo changes over time, and we therefore invite you to periodically consult this page. The provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide data deemed mandatory will prevent proper registration on the site, as well as the possibility of using the services reserved for registered users provided by the portal.

Nature of Processing

The personal data that may be collected through the website are personal identification data provided to receive a specific service (e.g., name, surname, email address, telephone contact and contact details), navigation data (e.g., IP address, information about pages visited by the user within the website) and cookies (i.e., small text files that can be sent and stored on the user's device by visited websites, to be then retransmitted to the same sites upon new access). Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

The purpose of this policy is to explain the use and purposes of personal data collected through the aforementioned website, and therefore allow you to make your choices consciously. Any refusal to provide us with the requested data will not make it possible to proceed with the fulfillment of the above purposes.

In particular, personal data are collected and processed for:

1. The creation of user accounts to access reserved services within the website www.albocircular.it and the registration on the site of company personnel and the organizational management of data processed by the platform. The processing responds to the need to respond to your request; consequently, the legal basis on which it is based is the contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (ref. Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR);

2. The communication of personal contact data of the company representative to other companies registered on the website www.albocircular.it to identify providers of recycling/reuse services for their production waste, suppliers of secondary raw materials, or to seek customers to whom they can resell their production waste or their waste as by-products. The legal bases of processing are constituted for non-member companies by the legitimate interest to proceed with registration on the site and organizational management of data processed by the platform, or for the same purposes by the contract for member companies.

Processing Methods and Data Circulation Scope

Confindustria Emilia will process your data with the utmost care and respect. The collected data will be processed using manual or computerized tools, taking care to adopt adequate security measures designed to ensure the protection of confidentiality and to avoid the risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized or non-compliant processing with the above purposes.

On the received data, Confindustria Emilia will carry out the following processing:

- Updating of any communication and variation provided by you in order to ensure the accuracy of your data;

- Storage for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which the data were collected.

The processing will be performed by subjects authorized by the controller to fulfill the purposes listed above, appropriately instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by current legislation on the protection of personal data. Furthermore, your data will be made accessible only to those who, within the personnel, need it based on their job or hierarchical position.

For the performance of collection and storage activities, data will be communicated to third-party companies acting as Data Processors, pursuant to Article 28 of the aforementioned Regulation. It is possible to have an updated list of Data Processors designated by Confindustria Emilia by submitting a request to the email address privacy@confindustriaemilia.it.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Your personal data will not be published, displayed, or made available and/or for consultation by unspecified subjects. Your data may be communicated to competent Authorities, according to the terms of law.

Storage of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1(c) of the Regulation, the information systems and computer programs used by Confindustria Emilia are configured to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data will be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this Policy.

Your personal data will be stored in our databases for 12 months following registration on the website www.albocircular.it for the organizational management of data relating to registration and subsequent sending of documentation related to the contact request relating to the event you are participating in regarding the company representative's or the data subject's contact data. Personal data necessary to access with personal credentials the services reserved for members will be stored for the duration of the entire membership relationship of the company or until notification of deactivation of personal credentials, and in any case not beyond the terms established by law.

We also inform you that, pursuant to Articles 5 and 89, paragraph 1, of the Regulation, your personal data may be stored for longer periods of time than specified in the previous paragraph for statistical purposes only, subject to the implementation of adequate technical and organizational measures required by law to protect your rights and freedoms.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

We guarantee respect for your rights in the context of personal data protection. In line with what is taken up and affirmed by the GDPR, in relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask the Controller:

- Access: You can ask for confirmation whether or not processing of data concerning you is underway, as well as further clarification regarding the information in this notice;

- Rectification: You can ask to rectify or supplement the data you have provided, if inaccurate or incomplete;

- Erasure: You can ask that your data be deleted, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of withdrawal of consent or objection to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete or they refer to subjects under sixteen years of age;

- Restriction: You can ask that your data be processed only for storage purposes, excluding other processing, for the period necessary for the rectification of your data, in case of unlawful processing for which you oppose deletion, if you must exercise your rights in court and the data stored by the Controller may be useful to you, and finally, in case of objection to processing and a verification is underway on the prevalence of the Controller's legitimate reasons over yours.

- Objection: You can object at any time to the processing of your data, unless there are legitimate reasons of the Controller to proceed with processing that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or defense in court.

- Portability: You can ask to receive your data, or to have it transmitted to another controller indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

- Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent to the use of cookies (Cookie Policy) at any time, as in this case it constitutes the basis of processing. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out before the withdrawal itself.
